Join us for our Halloween Challenge and give yourself a fright! Choose from a 10K, 5K, or a kids' fun run.

The Spooky Sprint is definitely a Halloween treat. Are you ready for the challenge?

Choose your distance - 10K, 5K or a kids' fun run and explore the country park in the dark! This flat course suites everyone, no matter your ability.

Prizes are available for the best spooky costumes so just have fun and get creative!

All ages can take part.
Kids' fun run is 10 years and under, 5K is 11 years and over, 10K is 15 years and over.

All funds raised will support our work to find a cure and improve life for everyone living with Parkinson's.
