This new craze being recently showcased at Poole's annual Animal Windfest championships.
If you are looking for something a little more relaxing Poole Quay offers an atmosphere like no other. Sit back and relax in one of the many bistros, restaurants and traditional pubs that line the historic quayside whilst enjoying the picturesque views of the harbour and the stunning coastline. The Quay is also home to the famous Poole Pottery offering something for all the family. The Waterfront Museum just back from the Quay offers a fascinating look into the past. To really experience Poole's rich historical past pick up a copy of the Cockle Trail at the Tourist Information Centre, which will take you on an intriguing walk around the Old Town.

Many of these restaurants and menus where involved recently in the successful Taste 2001 food festival, sponsored by Prowting Homes.
