Your guest accommodation is all on the ground floor in a private area, almost like a mini apartment with bedroom, bathroom, hall area and even your own kitchen, equipped with a microwave, chiller and everything needed to prepare a simple meal or snack. Diana’s famous Stone-Baked Breakfast is a great start to each day. Local produce abounds along with home-baked bread, jams and cake. Bed without breakfast is an option, but you would be missing out on a treat!

Diana, a finalist on TV’s Britain's Best Dish, also offers residential 'Tasting Cumbria' cooking weekends for two. Try your hand at bread making, or sample a ‘Taste of Cumbria’. Her passion for cooking and promoting local foods means that she is regularly seen at Orton Farmer's Market, local country fairs and fund-raising events, inspiring others with her enthusiasm, easy to follow recipes and tips for success in the kitchen.
