The Roxburghe Guest House is a 19th century stone building in the ancient burgh of Kinross. There are eleven comfortable bedrooms of varying sizes, each equipped with hospitality trays, televisions and hair dryers.

Kinross is ideally situated, in Central Scotland, Edinburgh and St Andrews are only 40 minutes away, with Perth and Stirling less than 25 minutes away. For our guests heading to or from the continent, the Rosyth Ferry Port is just half an hour away with M90 joining to all the major routes across the country.

Within 10 minutes walk is the famous Loch Leven Fishery, with it's famous pink fleshed trout. The nearest golf courses are a 3 minute drive away, and the RSPB visitor centre at Vane Farm is 10 minutes drive away.
