Good Points: Mark the Reception dealt with our check in really well as they had had no confirmation from ActiveHotels who we booked through as it was the same day. Also my mistake I put wrong date so they rectified that will little fuss. Wonderful
General review: Just a quick one night getaway but would definitely stay there again

Good Points: Proximity to city centre and nightlife Cleanliness of hotel, staff very friendly and helpful
Bad Points: Price of drinks and food in hotel compared with other bars and restaurants in Bristol
General Review: This was our first time visiting Bristol and the City Inn was the perfect base to explore all the sights, rooms are adequate and very well maintained would have spent more time in hotel bar and restaurant if prices were a little more reasonable but overall was very pleased with the City Inn and would definitely recommend it ps the people of bristol and the west country we found to be very friendley so we would like to thank them for agreat weekend hope to be back again soon
