Good Points: When I could not switch on the lights (the room key was too thin apparently), staff at reception took care of it in a matter of seconds. Staff are polite and breakfast is good.
Bad Points: I shut the window when I went to bed and in the morning I couldn't open it - it got stuck. I did not request assistance as I was leaving that morning but am very convinced that that would be taken care of quickly too.
General review: I am glad that I decided to stay at Express By Holiday Inn John Lennon Airport and would stay there again.
