we have been visiting this site for the last five years or so. Always a warm and friendly welcome from the owner. Site is always well kept mown and the same applies to the amenities block. Great walking place you can go for miles along the byways without meeting anybody. Village has local shop bit pricey but stocks the basics that you need and also has post office. Local pub in village Fox and Goose does good food and a varied menu would recommend.
