A hidden treasure with charming hosts, even finding the location was a treat in its self down each little leafy lane you find a peaceful view or babbling stream to soothe the stresses away and being very early risers to sit by the river and watch the sun come up over a cup of coffee was truly stunning. the breakfast was a perfect delight well cooked and tasty with warm rolls and homemade preserves. the beauty of the surroundings meant no driving was needed unless you wish so and the inner peace of Alice and Bill was infectious and we shall be back. Thank you once again for all the hidden places you have taken time to create and share in your beautiful home,

Good Points: There are so many I do not know where to start. In my professional life I stay away from home on average 130 nights a year in various locations. I can honestly state that there is no where better for setting or hostipality. Alison was the most wonderful host- friendly, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful, the sort of person everyone would want for a friend. The "room" turned out to be an appartment with everything we needed to add to the uniqueness of the occasion. Bad Points: I have difficulty of thinking of anything bad to say except that the shower was a little too powerful! (pathetic point isn't it?) General review: "Thank you" seems too inadequate to write. This is a very special place. I hope you enjoy it as much as my wife and I did. It was a privilage to go and stay in such a wonderful setting and with people who care. I want to take the rest of family to enjoy the experience.
