Good Points: Excellent, friendly staff, good food and a very comfortable room
Bad Points: Online system was very unclear, and the fact that I had booked at a price that allowed no cancellations was hidden in small print. Legally, a totally sound position, morally and in terms of customer service, scandalous behaviour. Your customer rep. who I discussed this with was unhelpful and abrupt, if generally polite.
General review: Excellent. However I shall not book one of your hotels again as I believe that your business practice is abysmal.

Good Points: pleasant staff. we phoned to warn that we might not arrive till around 10pm,the staff noted this on the computer. We wished that we had arrived in time for a meal, those around us looked very good
Bad Points: No bad points
General review: We needed a stop off on our journey to Portland- we had to go to Sheffield and decided to carry on and not have to retrace our journey on the M1 next day.
the hotel was easy to find and we want to go again, and eat there!!!
