My husband went to this practice as a new patient. he had a very lose front tooth and hates going to the dentist. i finally managed to get hi there and expected them to advice what could be done to replace the tooth . He got a baisic check, was told the tooth would fall out - not rocket science - and that was it! his only coment was when i asked what tjey had recomended was - she hardly spoke to me at all, I'm no sure she speaks English. It fell out that night when we had guests for diner and is now walking round with a gap in his teth and i'm trying to find another dentist!
