This has to be the best independent restaurant in the area. We love going to Lazzati's the food is fab - lovely fresh pasta and pizzas cooked to order and there are always yummy specials on the board. Really difficult to decide what to have and too easy to go for my favourite 'pasta mare'. There is a cool covered garden dining area where you can eat even in the winter and if you do you get given a blanket and hot water bottle - so sweet. Really children friendly with kids eat free early evening I think - mine are grown up now and tend to go here with their friends. This little restaurant may be small but the welcome and helpings are certainly not - check it our for yourself.
