The Kings Arms Hotel is a lovely and welcoming place ! All the staff are friendly and kind, especially the breakfast staff. The food was well presented and cooked. I stayed in room 23 with my wife. It had a big bed with nice clean sheets that fitted neatly. There was a kettle with condements which was very pleasant to wake up to a lovely cup of tea or coffee. I think its one of the best hotels i've stayed in around that area and i would love to stay there again!

Good Points: Pleased with the cleanliness and good food also staff seemed generally happy and polite. Parking was convenient, the bed was comfortable. Bad Points: Cellar bar was not in use. Room was in a bad state of repair and had a stale smell. No ceiling light, no fridge and the toilet leaked all over the bathroom floor. When complaining about the toilet we never received an apology or compensation. General review: The room didn't match the decription on the internet and with the bad toilet leak ruined our stay.
