The service is excellent and the prices are quite compitative moreover they are safe to book as they are ATOL protected. It was a great to booking with Crystal Travel specially with one of there staff member name Nick Jones. He is really very helpful. I would like to refer his name so that whenever you want to go for holidays Call crystal travel and ask for Nick Jones....

my elderly mum uses crystal regularly and i must say they are brilliant she has mobility problems and they are really patient and always make sure she gets into her house safely when they drop her off they are always on time and we would all like to thank them for their service on new years eve and wish them a happy and sucessful 2010.

Thet are a truly fantastic company. I am collected by them every day and they have not once been late, the drivers are all polite and talkative.

I am disappointed to see a review on your website for our taxi firm, when we were not asked to confirm or deny these allegations. This taxi did turn up and waited for ten - fifteen minutes i sat there and watched all the night staff leave from the rear of the care home ( not the front as stated). I even saw some day staff come into work. If the lady concerned did not have the decency to come out and say she would be late we are not going to wait indefinatley.I wish you to remove this review please we have been in business for 16 years and not in the habit of leaving people behind or we would not be in business today.

This company was the best for being on time with reliability. In my view if you are not there on time it is your fault. People that cannot be bothered to come out when it is their time dont deserve a taxi.

I booked this taxi firm to collect my daughter from the rear car park of a Care Home, I told them she was an employee, for 8.00am this morning. My daughter was waiting, and as of this moment 9.45am still waiting. They attended apparently at the front of the premises. Nowhere near where she was. When contacted they refused to go and get her. We have contacted another firm. Suggest this is a firm to avoid especially if you want reliability.
