Good Points: good breakfast
Bad Points: Had to be moved because main light was not working also no remote for tv.
Second room light not working in bathroom could not be bothered to complain again
General review: Hotel in need of refurbishment.
Bar staff could with a smile on their faces

Good Points: Small hotel set in nice gardens, river at the back. Lots of evidence of past grandeur.
Bad Points: Inside and outside of building both need lots of TLC. Room had only 1 bedside lamp, other lamp on dressing table - bulb blown.
General review: Information on web was very clear and welcoming. Small sized hotel around 20 rooms Victorian in style, elegant front and rear edifice. Food not up to scratch, short of staff most of the time. Staff were doubling up on other jobs. Room adequate not large nor dusted. Bathroom clean.
