Fantastic roast dinner, real pub grub home cooked tasty food at incredibly low price only £5 for the medium which was huge and £3 for a child portion. Then the most delicious home made puddings, we had deep filled apple pie with custard or cream or icecream for £3. Highly recommended, the pub is a real jewel (bit of a rough diamond actually) its like walking back into the 1950's but thoroughly charming and the land lord and landlady were very friendly and busy with serving cooking etc but still managed to be thoroughly pleasant with the kids and us.
