Good Points: We found your receptionist was exceptional and very helpful. When you see summary of bad points - our eventual room was good. Bad Points: When we arrived we were allocated room 50 - this room had been a smokers and the air inside was rank, we asked to be moved - fortunately another room was available.. room 37 was fine and smoke free. We feel that you should be redecorating these previous smoking rooms, or put smoke detectors in them to prevent the occupants smoking. Very noisy from the aspect of the road, but that's something that really is not possible to sort. The shower ie bath was dangerous as it was slippery and for less agile guests difficult to climb in and out. General review: Fine.......We have stayed in many of your hotels and this was as good as those. If we stayed again, we would ensure our room faced the back and not the road.
