Hi,
I actually had issues with them the very first time I used them. I requested a pickup from the Heathrow airport. My flight reached on time and the driver was not there. I called their 321111 number and was told that the driver is on the way. Obviously I was upset as I had made this booking well in advance and there was no reason for the driver to be late. Finally the driver arrived and he lied to my face that he was there since long. Not only he lied to me but when I told him that he was not there, he used the words F**K O*F with me and left me stranded at the airport.
So I would strongly NOT recommend them to anyone.

Elite car is very punctual. I have booked this service for atleast 70 times within last 3.5 months from Winchester Road to VISA and vis-a-versa and their is only 4 cases where they failed to come in time. What I like most in Elite Car serice in Baasingstoke is their drivers. They are very friendly,have good sense of humour and have good attitude towards customers.Specially the gentle man who is in duty to receive bookings in the morning is very polite and I love talking to him.
They can improve their services by giving the miss call when they arrive.I always recommend Elite car to my friends.
