Very kind and helpful staff. Very nice gentleman helps in breakfast room.
But:
Internet service is a nightmare. In the year 2008 there is no wifi at all. LAN costs 15 (!) pound for 24 hours. But checkin is not before 15 h. and checkout before 11 h. So 1 night guests won't get the 24 hour use they paid for. We stayed 2 nights and paid 30 pound for internet which is a ridiculous amount of money. Our Mac mail couldn't even break through the firewall. Will avoid Holiday Inn in future because of the internet policy.
