If I go to Parklands it is just to have fun with my friends in a match or something like that. The sports hall is dirty but most of all is freezing, there is no proper heating and in the winter, well my friend had to wear her coat for the entire game. The staff are unfriendly or are talking with each other instead of serving customers, in the evenings there isnt even anywhere to get a hot drink, there is always at least one vending machine empty and out of order and they have taken another one completely away so if u want a drink you have to pay more. I doubt anything will change but it is almost an embarassment to come here.

Absolutely awful experience! This place used to have fantastic sales staff who had product knowledge, now we are offered idiots who try and con me into a two year contract. There is absolutely no atmosphere in the place anymore, the staff are moody and obviously not well treated. I do not know what has happened since after Christmas, but the place has gone down hill. You are not even given an induction when you join!

GYM is OK but faulty equipment is not repaired for ages. Do not turn on the Sauna for couple of times a week!! half the lockers in the ladies dressing room need to be fixed
