I would like to recommend one of the sales assistants working in the lingerie department of Debenhams Taunton. I had occasion to make several purchases at Debenhams Taunton lingerie department yesterday and was extremely impressed with your sales assistant whose name is CHERELLE. She is very good at her job and very caring. She was patient calm and very discreet. Very very helpful indeed. Actually I also made some purchases in your younger section in the basement and the sales assistant there was very helpful and very cheerful. I wish I had taken her name as well, she served me with some Red Herring vests. But showed me several options taking time to look around for me - very helpful. The sales assistant on the Clinique counter was delightful and very down to earth - I can find the beauty assistants a little intimidating - but she was not at all and I made an expensive purchase with her as she knew exactley what I was trying to aim for. So I have to say that all in all the Debenhams experience was very very positive and as good as any Marks and Spencer shopping experience. Well done Debenhams. Rita Harrison

Booked this hotel online 3 or 4 days in advance with there own web site. They phoned me as I was about to set off for the journey up north on the day of my reservation and told me sorry no space you will have to find alternative accomodation !! I was then left with having to find a hotel on the day i needed it which was a real pain. So a faller at the first fence !!!! 0/10
