Good Points: None, only that the receptionist was polite Bad Points: Room not ready when we arrived at 3.30P.M, having flown a thousand miles with a 4 year old, being told to go for a walk was not acceptable. It took 30 minutes to get a wine and a lemonade from the bar, which was virtualy empty. The barman seemed unable to cope. We had to find the manager to finaly get our drinks. The very outdated pool and spa had no heating so the pool, spa and showers were cold. Non smoking room stank of cigerettes. Bathroom covered in mold. All the furniture is very old, scruffy and outdated. General review: Terrible

Good Points: Convenience for motorway and price Bad Points: Overall shabbiness. General review: Hotel needs much tlc to bring it up to scratch. Rooms were shabby, not properly cleaned and decor is unfashionable. Breakfast is satisfactory with a good choice, staff were friendly but the hotel needs urgent modernisation!

General Review: The hotel is good and also the leisure center. However, the staff in the restaurant were unattentive even though there were very few guests, which irritated me very much. Maybe we were unlucky?
