Good Points: very friendly staff
Bad Points: #1. We stayed in a room for disabled and the bed was not safely fixed. That was due to the semi-wooden floor which was too slippery. So it would be helpful to cheque this in your hotels. In our case we just moved the bed to the wall so the wall sort of stabilized the situation.
General review: We would recommend the hotel

Bad Points: I was put in a ground floor room which is always disconcerting when you are a lone female. The access to the room was through current building alterations which did not make it very attractive. The curtains were falling off the window rail, the decor was tired.
