I found management very helpful face to face, when verbally booking the function room for a charity fund raising event. but a few days later after paying for tickets to be printed and advertising sorted. I was contacted by a member of staff to say they would have to back track and could no longer let us use the function room for our charity fund raising event.the white lion hotel in Wisbech is Totally unprofessional and unable to keep a verbal agreement, no offer of reinbursment for the money that was paid out for the tickets or advertising for the event.

Good Points: very helpful staff member who booked us in
Bad Points: very over priced for standard of room, decoration poor, damp marks on ceiling, window frames etc needed some attention, freeview facilities not properly working/tuned in
