My husband and I visited The Hanmer Arms and had a lovely evening - the food was great - all fresh and a great choice. Ambience was relaxed, decor lovely and the staff were so friendly. Well recommended and we shall certainly go back

To all the clients who have had a bad time in the past at the Hnmer Arms . I am the new owner and we should be open in Jan 2007
I have been in the trade all my life some 40 years and I hope you will try us again as I know you will be happy with the New Hanmer Arms

This used to be an excellent hotel which suited my disabled wife,but this time we found the rooms untidy and the food pretty awful.We saw the programme on TV and were not surprised at the verdict,but these aspects of the hotel were not addressed.We would like to visit the area again this year, but when I phoned there was no reply. Has it been taken over and is it now open?
Wewould appreciate a brochure and tariff
