Good Points: Cosy room, friendly staff Bad Points: The heating had not been put on before we arrived. Also it had been switched off during the next day so that when we came back after a rainy day it was to a cold room again!

I was one of a group of nine volunteers with The British Trust for Conservation Volunteers who visited the Cott Inn Dartington for our day-off eventing meal on 25 April at 8 pm. I enjoyed my meal so much that I made a point of asking the other volunteers about their meal. All were unanimous in their praise of both the meal and the Italian waitress who served us. The cost too was very reasonable, especially considering the substantial helpings we received
