Very expensive, so only go there for a treat. It was my birthday so we booked a table for 2. My husband is veggie so ordered the veggie option. When it came, it tasted & smelled so strongly of meat, it made him feel sick. We merely politely & quietly commented on this to a young waitress. Then the head waitess spent a very embarassing several minutes at our table talking down to us in a very loud manner & waving her arms around. As if this wasn't bad enough, despite us asking her not to bother, the chef appeared & did the same - although not quite as loud as the waitress. Perhaps souffle should take on board customer feedback & ask themselves why their veggie options smell & taste of meat instead of humiliating their guests in this way. We spent £125 on 2 starters, 2 mains & champagne. We would have spent another £100 but couldn't get out of there quick enough. We will never return. It ruined our evening. They should stop being so egotistical about their food & listen to the customer - we went there for a special evening & felt like we were treated as trouble makers.

We haven't had a chance to thank everyone for a wonderful time! We had a fabulous time here for our wedding reception the staff were extremely helpful and efficient, the food was marvelous and the occasion was sensitively arranged no pressure to ends and leave until we were ready. We would recommend this restuarant every time! Richard and Sue Neal

Food was very tasty but nothing special for the price. Head waitress (who I believe was the co-owner) came across like she was looking down on us and was particularly rude...as a result will probably not return!
