The only plus side is the coffee shop very nice and helpful girls lovely homemade soup.

What a beautiful garden centre unusual items at reasonable prices and if you are looking for a water feature this is the place to go. Staff very helpful and could do not enough for me.

The customer service was appalling. I would not recommend visiting this place.

I felt that the hotel more than met my standards, it was luxurious & meals were superb, service was excellent. I would most definitely give this the thumbs up & recommend this hotel.
