Haddington Hill, Buckinghamshire

Haddington Hill is located in the county of Buckinghamshire, England. Haddington Hill forms part of the greater chalk escarpment known as the Chiltern Hills of which it is the highest point. It is also marks the maximum distance above sea level in Buckinghamshire. A stone plaque the reading: 'Highest Point of the Chiltern Hills' marks the hill's summit. The hill is mostly covered by Wendover Woods which is an area of woodland owned by the Forestry Commission and consisting of a mixture of broad-leaved and coniferous trees. Spanning almost 800 acres, the woods feature a tree-top adventure course as well as plenty of walking routes and a children's playground.
