Shaldon is a picture perfect ancient fishing village on the Teign River in South Devon, home to over fifteen hundred people. Smaller visitors are kept busy with a trip to Babbacombe Model Village where fascinating models come to life, or perhaps the Hedgehog Hospital and Prickly Ball Farm will be favourite with a chance to meet Hedgehogs, and ride in a pony and cart. For something different Kent Cavern Show Caves has underground passageways that lead on an unforgettable journey.
