Goring on Thames is an attractive town that sits between The Chilterns and The Berkshire Downs on the north bank of the Thames, the Norman church of St Thomas can be seen overlooking the river. With many shops, restaurants and bars on offer or maybe a Jazz Concert where legendary jazz musicians and instrumentalists gather once a month in Goring Village Hall, or perhaps with the stunning scenery a stroll along the Thames Path where Flag Irises and Willowherb grow, or sail on the river to Goring Lock where majestic Swans glide, and the Damselflies and iridescent Dragonflies hover. perfect !
