Aberporth

The passages of time reverse instantly at Newcastle Emlyn Castle which shows the ravages of Civil War, or there is always Cilgerran Castle whose evocative ruins would grace any fairy story, standing high ever watchful on a steep river gorge conjures evocative thoughts of days of yore. Perhaps the West Wales Museum Of Childhood will reveal delightful treasures from days long past, and if thats not enough the Curlew Weavers Woollen Mill offers an interesting tour and a tempting shop that will lighten any purse. All aboard for a scenic journey on a fabulous Steam locomotive at Teifi Valley Railway, or maybe the National Coracle Centre will weave it's spell, where intriguing Coracle's from all over the world are set within the enchanting grounds of a 17th Century Mill, and magnificent Cenarth Falls.
Lampeter
Lampeter is a small but busy market and university town nestled in the Teifi Valley. It has traditional small specialist shops, together with a varied selection of cafes, pubs and restaurants. Surrounded by breathtaking countryside, its central location provides easy access to many areas of outstanding natural beauty, plenty of stunning walks and a wealth of opportunities for outdoor pursuits.
