Blackmore farm is a unique 15th century grade 1 listed manor house built in 1486 by Sir Thomas Tremayle.Guests can stay in one of the three tastefully restored and furnished bedrooms in the main the main house (all central heated) or in the courtyard/ciderpress barn conversions in the grounds close by. Breakfast is taken in the great hall on a 20 feet long oak refrectory table surrounded by english armour and tapesteries.During the winter a log fire roars in the massive sandstone hearth. Blackmore is situated on 10 minutes from the M5 motorway in rolling countryside with views of the Quantock hills and within easy reach Taunton,Exmoor and the Coast.
