Cardio £3.50:
Pad/bag work, medicine ball workouts, circuit training, Pilate ball workouts toning sessions, etc. All over body-conditioning.

Sk-1 Kick Boxing £5:
Combination of all kicks, punches, knee & elbow strikes, pad work drills, self defence, fitness etc.

Sk-1 MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) £5:
Consists of all SK-1 kick boxing, but also incorporates ground work i.e. submissions, chokes, takedowns, strikes from the floor etc.

Sk-1 Boxing £5:
Pad work, cardio-fitness, a great class for those wishing to learn traditional boxing skills.

Box-Fit £3.50:
Non-contact cardio/boxing workout using focus pad drills. Great class for all over body fitness and toning.

All 14-16 year olds pay a reduced rate of £3.50 per class, or £2.50 for each cardio class. Pay £20 per week to come to as many classes as you wish (or £15 per week for 14-16yrs). Each class is suitable for anyone over 14 years and is open to all levels of fitness and skill ability.

Each Sk-1 class is non/semi-contact and encourages students to work at their own pace. (Optional contact sparring is available at the end of each session, included in the price of the class.) No hidden membership, uniform fees or direct debits. All pads, gloves, equipment etc is provided (except gum shields).
