Completely refurbished to a very high standard this victorian workers terraced cottage is a gem. One double bedroom, vaulted ceiling and beams. Top quality mattress and white 100% cotton bed linen. Bathroom with double end bath and handheld shower. Fluffy white towells, robes and slippers. Living room with beams, open coal fireplace and canal view. Granite and real oak kitchen with rangemaster cooker and dining area. Modern conveniences include gas central heating, sky satellite TV and internet access; landline phone by arrangement. Off road parking. All bed linen is 100% cotton, and the mattress is good quality pocket sprung for a comfortable night's sleep. !00% cotton dust mite proof barrier cases on the matress and pillows. Wireless internet access is available (bring your own laptop), and sky all channels package (ie movies and sports, and children's tv etc) provided. Landline phone available at cost (including free uk landline evening and weekend calls). Travel cot and highchair available (cot linen not usually provided unless specifically requested), although space is limited for ideally situating a travel cot. Please note that although the bath is of a standard size the bath taps protrude further than average from the edge. There is a shower head attachment, but no stand up shower. To the front of the property there is hardstanding for one vehicle. The local canals are undergoing a lengthy program of restoration, and there are other developments locally.
