Nestled in an elevated setting with far reaching views across Glen Urquhart, this newly built, spacious and very comfortable property enjoys a wonderfully peaceful hill farm location with no near neighbours. Visitors are welcome to walk on the farm and fish in the loch free of charge and a rowing boat is available for their use (right photograph).

Steeped in history and outstandingly beautiful, this corner of Scotland offers a delightful blend of ancient castles, spectacular landscapes and a wealth of outdoor pursuits. Loch Ness, with boat trips to the haunting ruins of Castle Urquhart, is just 3 miles away, and nearby Glen Affric, a Caledonian forest reserve of over 9,000 hectares and home to the dramatic Plodda Falls, offers fine walking and cycling. Drumnadrochit, with shops, pubs and restaurants and the Loch Ness 2000 exhibition, is 3 miles, whilst the city attractions of Inverness are 17 miles, and visits to Cawdor Castle and Culloden Moor are a must.
