Formally stables and now beautifully converted, they stand in the grounds of the owners' country inn and hotel – perfect for relaxing over a meal and a drink after a day enjoying the numerous family attractions and outdoor pursuits the area has to offer. Within half a mile is the station at Tan Y Bwlch, where visitors can take a trip on the famous narrow gauge railway as it winds its way down from the slate town of Blaenau Ffestiniog through spectacular scenery to its journey's end at the picturesque harbour in Porthmadog (6 miles). The Italianate village of, location of the cult TV series The Prisoner, is 4 miles distant and a choice of superb sandy beaches and championship golf courses lie within 10 miles. Shop 3 miles.
