At the end of a row of four in a quiet location adjacent to the owners home, it enjoys a pretty garden and views of the surrounding hills which are excellent walking country. Weymouth, with fishing, sailing and sandy beaches, is 18 miles. Lyme Regis, Sherborne and Shaftesbury are an easy drive. Restaurant and shops 3 miles; golf 5 miles.
