The Waterbury Guest House is situated in the heart of Birnam, in beautiful Perthshire, with Dunkeld only a stone’s throw away. From the moment you arrive, you can be certain of a very warm and friendly welcome where your comfort is our main priority.

We have 7 quality en-suite rooms, all equipped with flat screen colour TV/DVDs, radios, alarm clocks, hospitality trays, complimentary Arran Aromatics toiletries and fluffy white towels.

At the Waterbury we pride ourselves on the quality of food we serve. We source our produce locally and where possible use organic. Our breakfast is generous and varied, ranging from our full Scottish breakfast to our to our local smoked salmon special from Dunkeld Smokehouse*. As well as the hot options, we always offer cereals, fresh fruit & yoghurt. We have a large selection of herbal teas and coffee which are served to your table along with organic toast and homemade jams.
