Birdsong Cottage is situated in rural North Northumberland, just outside the market town of Alnwick. It boasts fantastic access to the A1, allowing the more intrepid amongst us to explore some of Northumberland's hidden gems. With lots to explore in the area surrounding Birdsong Cottage, you can be sure of an exciting stay. With attractions such as the Alnwick Garden, Alnwick Castle and the Cheviot Hills all close by, you can be sure of finding something to suit.

As a one -bedroomed B&B, (with a fantastic king sized double bed) Birdsong Cottage offers an intimacy rarely encountered in bed and breakfast accommodation. The bedroom, complete with coffee making facilities, a flat screen TV, two relaxing tub chairs and of course the sumptuous king-sized bed makes for an amazingly comfortable night. On top of this you can relax in some of the luxurious robes and slippers provided. The bathroom, with its range of optional scented candles, soaps and bath salts and fantastic jacuzzi bath/shower, is the perfect place to relax, clean off and get ready to enjoy a day out or sample some of the cuisine at one of the many local restaurants or inns. Breakfast is served in the traditional kitchen, with its wooden beams and Aga.
