Stamford & Rutland Pub of the Year 2008. The Hit or Miss is a friendly village local pub on the edge of Stamford. The town boasts many pubs and restaurants, but none offer you the good old traditional English pub experience that is on offer at the Hit or Miss. The Cask Conditioned Ales are from Batemans, as well as regular Guests and are accepted as some of the best kept beers in town. The pub has all the traditional games including Dominoes, Darts, Crib, Devil Amongst The Tailors and Stamford's own Pushpenny.

The pub also has its own Motorcycle Club, who meet at the pub on Tuesday evenings.

Your Hosts are Darren and Becky, and with over 20 years in the trade between them are well versed in keeping the customers coming back for more. The Hit or Miss is clearly shining with them at the helm.
