B and Bs in Lavenham
27 Church Street is a 16th Century Grade II listed detached house a few minutes' walk from the village centre. It has a landscaped private rear garden which guests are welcome to make use of. Our large bed and breakfast room is equipped with a king-size bed with memory foam mattress and quality Egyptian cotton linens, period furnishings, stripped wood floor, tea and coffee making facilities, bathrobes, hairdryer, safe and a flat screen TV.
The large family bathroom is adjacent to the bedroom and offers a clawfoot bath, stripped pine flooring and an oversize shower with limestone tiling and a 9-inch soaker shower head. Although shared, this exceptional bathroom is all yours but for a 30-minute period in the morning, to be fitted around your needs.
Breakfast is served either in the cosy dining room with antique oak table, or in the conservatory or on the terrace overlooking the private landscaped garden. We offer a continental breakfast with your choice of eggs (our salmon and scrambled eggs is popular!), toast with a selection of quality conserves and marmalade, porridge, quality fruit juices, cafetiere coffee, tea (including fruit teas), yoghurt and a fresh fruit platter. We buy all our ingredients to order for you so you have the breakfast you want, rather than being bound by what we have in. So if you fancy any extras like mushrooms or bacon, just tell us when you book.
