The Bowling Green Inn Dates back to the 16th Century and as you'd expect, the building has a wealth of oak beams, open fires and a restaurant with spectacular views across the Hope Valley. Meals are prepared using only the freshest of ingredients sourced, wherever possible from local suppliers.
The menu combines Traditional English Fayre served everyday along with the Chef's daily specials from casseroles to the more exotic authentic Oriental cuisine. Traditional Sunday lunch is served every week with a choice of roasts and once a month a Thai banquet from a set menu takes place. (Booking is strongly recommended).
Six letting rooms are available in the beautifully converted barn. These are doubles (one twin) with en suite shower facilities. Coffee or Tea with cake and biscuits are available on your arrival ensuring you can wind down after your journey before taking dinner in the main building.
