Maramia Cafe is the first of its kind in the UK in offering the Palestinian Mediterranean fast food. Maramia means sage (the healthy natural herb that is used as a curing hot drink) reflecting our aim to provide fresh, healthy and tasteful food. Maramia sandwiches (Ijja, Mabshoura and Shakshouka) are stuffed with a combination of roasted vegetables (tomato, cornflower, potato, onion and parsley) mixed with poached, boiled or fried eggs, oven baked in Spanish omelette and Tortilla style. Our home-made specialty is the Palestinian pastry (Mosakhan, Fatayer and Manakish). The Palestinian pastry is hand-made of special flower mixed with organic olive oil, nuts and natural spices and delicately baked in a low temperature oven.
