This historic 400 year old Manor House, with its beautiful walled gardens are there for your use,a barbecue can be provided if necessary, there is an orchard, two carp ponds and a dovecot. All set in 500 acres of Organic farmland, which is mainly grass and corn on the Somerset, Dorset Border. The original house which is now a ruin is reputed to have accommodated Elizabeth I while she toured her realm. All the bedrooms are tastefully furnished with TV, heating, tea and coffee making facilities, and two of them are double rooms with en suite facilities, one with a bath and the other a shower, and our other room is a family one, with a double bed and bunk beds.A full English Breakfast is provided all locally sourced, cereals, grapefuit, toast, or you can request a continental breakfast if prefered.
