The Inchture Hotel is set in some of the most glorious Perthshire countryside which abounds with places of beauty and interest. The Inchture Hotel itself is a ""B"" listed building and was constructed on the site of Inchture Castle.

Centrally located in the heart of Scotland, 7mi from Dundee, 13mi from Perth, 48mi from Edinburgh, 72mi from Glasgow and 73mi from Aberdeen, makes us the ideal location for touring throughout Scotland. Closer by, the village of Inchture is nestled between the Sidlaw Hills and the River Tay in a beautiful valley known as the Carse of Gowrie, one of Perthshire & Scotland's most beautiful areas between the cities of Dundee & Perth. There are many places of historical interest close by so why not try to include a visit during your stay to places such as Scone Palace & Gardens, Blair Castle, Glamis Castle, the popular Verdant Works or visit Captain Scott's historic ship Discovery at Discovery Point. In the nearby cities of Dundee and Perth there are new sports complexes where you can swim, enjoy the thrills of flumes and wave machines, have a sauna or make use of the steam or fitness rooms.

The Inchture Hotel also has two excellent choices for dining. The first is the relaxed conservatory restaurant, The Priory, offering fine cuisine and an extensive wine list. The second is our lounge bar, offering traditional meals, selections of beer & lager, complete with traditional Scottish hospitality.

Inchture Hotel has recently acquired this stunning traditional cottage which provides excellent self catering accommodation for holiday makers in Scotland. The cottage at Inchture is the perfect location for golfers visiting Perthshire and Scotland. Within driving distance of famous Scottish golf resorts such as Gleneagles, St. Andrews and Carnoustie whilst other tourist attractions are only a few miles away in Dundee, Perth or the surrounding areas.
