THE NORFOLK FARMHOUSE is a large 18th Century farmhouse available for self catering holiday lets throughout the year. The Farmhouse is situated in the beautiful village of Upton on the river Bure and within the Upton Broad. Surrounded by splendid gardens of over an acre.

The farmhouse comprises of 4 large reception rooms and 6 double bedrooms. There are large grounds of over an acre and a secure double garage is available for the storage of bicycles and boat trailers.

The farmhouse can comfortably accommodate up to 13 people and the house space is ideal for 2 large families. The accommodation is warm, cosy and furnished and equipped to a high standard. The spacious garden surrounds the house and is mainly lawned with a an ornamental pond within an enclosure.

Ideally placed for access to the Broads the location of the Norfolk Farmhouse is very much the place for family holidays and will appeal to a wide variety of interests including, sailing, fishing, walking, cycling, bird watching and horse riding.

Popular though the Norfolk Farmhouse is in the height of the Summer, it has a really special magic out of season too, when the mild climate, warm Autumns and empty roads are a delight.
