Polmena House Bed & Breakfast offers you a unique opportunity to experience the peace and tranquility of the River Fowey Valley. Set into the side of the Valley, the original farmhouse was sympathetically rebuilt in the early 90's and now offers quality facilities with a traditional feel. Tucked away along an old Cornish lane a mile outside Lostwithiel, yet within easy reach of The Eden Project (6 miles), Heligan Gardens and many other places of interest; both coasts are easily accessible and there are plenty of delightful walks close by. Ample parking within the grounds is available.

Both rooms benefit from stunning views, being comfortable and well-equipped with luxury hotel-quality beds and full ensuites (bath and separate showers). The Balcony Suite is exceptionally spacious with its own lounge area and balcony overlooking the River Fowey and can be either a super king double or a twin. The Paddock is an attractive double room with views of Lostwithiel and overlooks Restormel Castle a mile in the distance.

Traditional Aga-cooked full English breakfast, featuring local produce, is served in the family dining room with views of the secluded rear garden.

Dogs are welcomed, although not allowed in the house, and there is a large enclosed paddock for exercising adjoining the rear gardens.
