Karslake House in Winsford is one of Exmoor's finest award-winning country guest houses. Nick and Juliette Mountford have now been here for seven years and have spent that time turning it into what is now a haven of tranquility, situated in one of the mot beautiful parts of Exmoor.
There are six bedrooms each one of which has been individually furnished to the highest standards and include many little luxury touches. You can relax and dine in our restaurant which has won the recognition of the AA, consistently winning a Rosette every year. We are constant in our pledge to use local, often organic produce.
There is a pretty garden where you can enjoy afternoon tea in the summer, or in front of a cosy log fire in the winter..
We now have the services of a Complementary Health Therapist who specialises in relaxation treatments such as aromatherapy, lymphatic drainage massage and cranio-sacral therapy..
