Quiet, friendly, centrally located ensuite accommodation in a unique Regency town-house close to the town centre. Sedgemoor Heights is an ideal location from which to visit the Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan, Charlestown and other great locations.
We are a genuine 10 minute walk from rail/bus/coach links and 5 minutes from the town.

Guest accommodation is quietly located at the rear of the house, accessible by a separate entrance via a walled courtyard; a great place to sit when the weather is good!

All 3 rooms are ensuite, centrally heated, well equipped with digital Freeview TVs, hair dryer, tea/coffee making, glasses, towels, etc.

Generous breakfasts, using local produce where-ever possible, are served in the elegant dining room at the front of the house, overlooking the Gover Valley.

A visit to our website will enhance the information here and give you more details and availability information. Please don’t hesitate to telephone to ask question, book/check on things. We look forward to hearing from you.
