What is Hopeman Lodge?
It is our home and also our family owned and run business, offering three self-catering, self-contained holiday apartments on the top floor of the house, furnished to Tourist Board Grade 2 Star standard (awarded July 16th 03).
Hopeman Lodge is a large, three storey high old house with panoramic views overlooking the Moray Firth situated in 8 acres of grounds that run down to a small, beautiful and clean sandy beach. If you are looking for a simple, unsophisticated holiday – bird watching, walking, cycling, bucket and spade - then this will suit you. The house is situated on the edge of the thriving coastal village, with shops, chemist, restaurant, post office etc. and is 6 miles north of Elgin.
Bedlinen and towels are provided. Pets may come by arrangement; one pet per family only, and should be well-behaved and house trained, please (as should the children!). Please note that smoking inside the house is not permitted.
